Chinese Hackers in China is Richer than Drugs Dealers

Chinese hackers were able to obtain more than 10 million yuan (1.6 million U.S. dollars) per year of developing the virus. That value was mentioned more than drug dealers transactions. As reported Micgadget, now there are more than 210,000 infected smartphone of new phones in China. Local technician explains, the virus usually hidden in game application.


As commercial purpose, the creator will attach virus  into game or application in Android mobile phone. Secretly, that malicious program will charge an additional fee when the mobile users playing the games.

The virus creator is said to rent a dedicated server that does this trick in order to suck the pulse of the user when playing the game.

Based on statistics from Chinese Academy of Science, the virus will immediately cut the users pulse (via an additional fee) by 20 yuan (about 3.2 U.S. dollars) per month. Accumulation per year could be 50 million yuan (8 million U.S. dollars).

This application spread through Android game download site (not Google Play). In China, there are about 70-an unofficial Android application store.

The orse thing is most users in China still lack awareness about the security of their mobile devices.
