Opera Mini is a browser for mobile devices that are designed to minimize bandwidth while exploring the internet. Opera said that they had been working with InMobi SmartPay, Yandex.Money, and Bango to support OPX system. Opera OPX will be ready to use around the world on the end of 2012.
